VRLA Battery Systems

VRLA (Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid) batteries can be configured according to the required UPS DC voltage, backup duration, load profile, and redundancy requirements. A typical battery-bank configuration consists of:

Individual Cells – each cell provides a defined nominal voltage according to its battery chemistry.
Battery Blocks – multiple cells are combined to achieve the required battery voltage.
Battery Strings – batteries are connected in series to achieve the required UPS DC bus voltage.
Parallel Battery Strings – multiple strings may be connected in parallel to increase capacity, extend backup duration, or provide redundancy where system design permits.
Battery Racks / Cabinets – batteries can be arranged in suitable racks or cabinets for safe and organized installation.

UPS Variations

Depending on project requirements, Neer Energy Ltd. can provide solutions across the following configurations:

Single Phase Input – Single Phase Output (1P/1P)

  • Typical range: 1–10 kVA

Three Phase Input – Single Phase Output (3P/1P)

  • Typical range: 10–40 kVA

Three Phase Input – Three Phase Output (3P/3P)

  • Typical range: 10–400 kVA

Modular Online UPS Systems

  • Scalable configurations for medium and large critical loads
  • Parallel and redundant architectures depending on system requirements
  • Suitable for data centers, industrial facilities, hospitals, and other mission-critical applications
